Gems World is a multi-generational, family-owned wholesale jewelry business specializing in high-quality natural colored gemstone jewelry.  With over 30 years of experience, we are recognized for our commitment to excellence, authenticity, and personalized service. 

Founded by Jag Mohan Rawat in 1994, Gems World was built on deep respect for Japanese craftsmanship and culture. What began as a small venture has grown into a respected international business serving clients across not just Japan, but the entire world. 

OUR STORY

When Jag Mohan Rawat first arrived in Japan in 1989, he brought with him a vision to build something lasting in a country he deeply admired. Today, Gems World is headquartered in Tokyo’s renowned Okachimachi Jewelry District, with additional offices in Kofu, Yamanashi (Japan) and Jaipur (India). Now in its second generation, the company continues to thrive as a global wholesaler with a reputation for trust, consistency, and service.

At Gems World, we specialize in both natural-colored gemstones and fine gemstone jewelry, serving a global clientele of retailers, manufacturers, traders, designers, and collectors.
